The beginners/improvers yoga classes at Bushmead Community Hub
concentrate on understanding the basics of yoga and correct breathing
techniques, the importance of using different muscles to help to
stretch the body to encourage releasing tension and increase flexibility
and general wellbeing. At the end of the class there is time for
relaxation or breathing exercises.

I cannot imagine life without the discipline and cannot imagine doing yoga without Helen teaching it!
Following complications from brain surgery, I was left paralysed down my left side having suffered a stroke. I contacted Helen who helped me to regain my full movement. Helen, designed a weekly schedule of progressive exercises and guided me fantastically throughout my period of recovery. I can honestly say that without Helen I would not have been able to achieve these results.
