Bradgers Hill is located to the north of Luton, Bedfordshire. Adjacent to Stopsley Common, the hill encompasses a stretch of woodland that forms a finger of green that stretches right into the heart of Luton.
We’re a group of volunteers dedicated to preserving this site for the community’s enjoyment and future generations. Bradgers Hill is listed as a Scheduled Ancient Monument, which means this landscape has a tale to tell. With abundant wildlife, consideration is also being given to making Bradgers Hill a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest. Our group’s committee meets on the second Wednesday of every month. We plan community events ranging from nature walks and bat talks to litter picks, surveys and astronomy evenings as well as social events for members. |

2017 promises to be a good year for activities and events. We’re looking to have more regular walks on the last Sunday of some months, with shorter rambles for the kids during the school holidays. There is much more to come including our annual Wildlife Weekend from 14 – 16 July 2017 (programme to be confirmed). All welcome!
really impressed with the effort put into the wildlife weekend. Will you have a similar event in 2017?
