The Bushmead community hub trustees meet once a month and are responsible for ensuring that the Centre continues to be successful and play a big part in the local area.
Our trustees are...

He is a member of the Friends of Bradgers Hill and also volunteers at the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway selling tickets and items from the shop.
Tim moved to Luton in 2019 when he became the Vicar of Christchurch (next door to the hub). He has a passion for seeing the community and church work together and is looking forward to seeing what opportunities emerge. Before studying for ordination, he trained as an employment lawyer and spent 4 years practising before leaving to pursue ordination. He likes to cycle and run (but hasn’t done much lately!)
Paul is a Trustee and has lived in Bushmead for 20 years. Paul is an educational consultant, managing a team providing advice for over 250 schools. Headteacher of Oasis Academy Enfield from 2010-2014, he is Chair of Governors at Challney Boys School and instigated the Friends of Bradgers Hill conservation group which continues to provide popular activities for Bushmead residents.
I use the centre on a weekly basis for my boxfit classes, which are an essential part of keeping fit for me. We also hired the centre for my Daughter’s wedding a few years ago, it is easily accessible with lots of parking for our guests out the front. She had a great day and when my son gets married next year we hope to hire the centre again
We used to have real problems finding a hall that was bit enough and accessible enough to hire for our yearly events. There are not many places in this area which offer what Bushmead Community centre offers. It’s a friendly place to go as well, well run and the staff are great.
