HIRE A ROOM
Situated in the centre of the Bushmead area of Luton, our facility offers a choice of great spaces, with ample parking and completely accessible.
If you are running a club, sport activity, meeting or celebration, we have a room for you and can give you immediate access to a large local audience right on your doorstep.
As a regular hirer you will have the opportunity of advertising through
a) our regular newsletter to over 1000 people
b) our highly-active social media activity
c) plus a complimentary web page on this popular website

Party Venue
The Manning Hall is ideal for parties of all types, with access to the kitchen, tables and chairs provided. Social bookings can be made for weekends from Friday to Sunday. Bookings must finish by midnight.
Social hire bookings
£42 per hour
£50 for use of kitchen for function
£150 refundable deposit (£200 if there is alcohol)
£20 administration charge
Social hire includes use of trestle tables and chairs.
Large circular tables (seat 8) can be hired at £5 per table
If you require additional space to use as a changing/dressing room or Prayer Room, this can also be booked in advance, quotes can be given by office staff.
Room dividers are also available to hire.
Children's birthdays (2 to 10 years old)
£90 for 3 hour booking or £120 for 4 hours
(Set up and clear up included in this time)
£50 refundable deposit
(Children's parties are for up to 50 guest and must be finished before 5pm).

If you request a booking this will need to be confirmed by the office. Bookings should be made at least a month in advance.

Capacity seated 100. (Staging and bouncy castles reduce the capacity to 80)

Seats: 50 in theatre style or 40 at table (tables of 8-10)

I use the centre on a weekly basis for my boxfit classes, which are an essential part of keeping fit for me. We also hired the centre for my Daughter’s wedding a few years ago, it is easily accessible with lots of parking for our guests out the front. She had a great day and when my son gets married next year we hope to hire the centre again 
We used to have real problems finding a hall that was bit enough and accessible enough to hire for our yearly events. There are not many places in this area which offer what Bushmead Community centre offers. It’s a friendly place to go as well, well run and the staff are great.
